The Carpet Cleaner in Bristol Your Neighbors Trust
I'm so lucky to have discovered this small owned Connecticut business. The owner, Raymond, was quick to return my call and understood the urgency of the situation. If not attended to right away, it could have ruined my carpet. He is extremely knowledgeable about the business as he has been in it for many years. He is kind, prompt and extremely accommodating as he rearranged some jobs in order to fit me in right away. He took the time to explain the process and not only did he do an excellent job cleaning the carpet, he took care of a few old stains, ( YES! He got them out! ) all at a fair price. I highly recommend Raymond. He will do his absolute best for you. He's a Gem! Thank you Raymond!
CT’s Best Carpet Cleaning did an outstanding job cleaning my WHITE couch from Ethan Allen! I wasn’t going to trust this coach to just anyone, so I did my research! Not only does the couch look brand new, the communication and response time was excellent! I highly recommend this company! Delightful couple too!
Raymond from CT's Best Carpet Cleaning was very easy to work with. He worked around our business hours to clean carpets at the most ideal time for us. He cleaned our 3500 SF office in one evening for us and did a great job. We just had him back to do another one of our commercial building's lobby. He again came at the best time for our business. The picture is half before and half after...it really shows how clean they got this high traffic area!
Extremely satisfied, my condo smelled like smoke from previous tenants and they were able to come in and throughly clean my carpets eliminating all the odor. They were fast but thorough and at an extremely fair price. Will be using their services again in the future and have already recommended to family members. Thank you again!
It was a tough job. The carpet had been neglected for years. My sister and I considered replacing it so we could sell the house. Instead, we tried CT's Best Carpet Cleaning, and we are very glad we did. Raymond and his crew went to work, and decades of grime came up, almost magically. When they were done, we were thrilled with the results, and remain so. To top it off, CT's Best Carpet Cleaners is wonderfully affordable. I can't recommend them more highly!
Raymond and Ali of CT’s Best Carpet Cleaning out of Bristol were great! We had a small emergency and they went above and beyond to come in on their day off to clean our tv room carpet. They were both friendly, professional and efficient. The carpet looks completely renewed! Their prices were fair too. I would highly recommend using this family-owned local business!

FAQ
Frequently Asked Customer Questions
How long does it take carpet to dry after a cleaning?
On average it takes 6–10 hours to dry completely. It depends on the time of year — temperature and humidity can make it dry faster or slower. We also set up powerful fans to speed up drying as much as possible.
How can I prepare for my appointment?
- Know which stains you want to point out to us before we arrive.
- Pick up toys, clothes and other clutter so the floor is clear.
- Move small, light pieces of furniture out of the way.
- Put anything breakable somewhere safe.
- Keep pets in a safe place away from the rooms we’re working in.
How often should I clean my carpets?
To keep carpet looking and performing its best, manufacturers recommend a professional cleaning every 6–12 months.
Are all carpet cleanings the same?
No. The results depend on:
- The products and solutions used
- Chemistry knowledge and understanding
- Equipment, extraction temperature and pressure
- The method — hot water extraction or VLM (very low moisture)
How long does a carpet cleaning take?
It depends on how much attention the carpet needs and how soiled it is. As a guide, customers have had four rooms done in about an hour and a half.
